Breakfast At School
All schools at the San Ramon 快播成人 Unified School District provide breakfast at school. Just like lunch, the breakfast menu follows strict nutritional guidelines. At our elementary schools (except Quail Run, where breakfast is offered as a grab n go to the classroom), breakfast is offered during the AM recess period. At our Middle Schools (except Stone 快播成人 where it is offered during the AM break period), breakfast is offered before school. At our High Schools (except Cal High where it is offered during the AM break period) breakfasst is offered before school.
Pleae note, many breakfast items on the menu are not the same as those you purchased at the store. For example, the frosted flakes cereal served at school has 6 grams of sugar while the store bought frosted flakes contains 21 grams of sugar.
Fresh fruit, whole grains, healthy proteins, and milk are offered daily.
