We do not support students bringing their own devices to school. This decision is based on several key considerations, which are summarized below:
- Safety: Personal devices lack the safety settings that are pre-configured on district-issued devices. This limitation means that students using personal devices can access personal accounts and content that we cannot monitor while they are at school.
- Instructional Access: Teachers are unable to use Securly Classroom on non-district devices. This software is 快播成人 for managing and supporting student learning effectively in the classroom and many teachers use this feature for secure browser access for assessments.
- Equity: District-issued devices are specifically designed for educational use and are provided to each student to ensure consistency in functionality and access to necessary features. Allowing personal devices, which may not operate effectively or possess the required features, could disrupt daily instruction and create disparities among students.
